Product Care and Maintenance
Store this product in a cool dry place.
We prepare these oils in very small batches, so the oil that you received has been made the same month you ordered, so once you receive the product its shelf life will be for 2 yrs. We use only glass bottles for packaging oils as it ensures your product stays pure and unaltered without the risk of contamination, resistant to chemical degradation and oxidation, making it an ideal choice for storing essential oils .
Returns and Refunds
Customer satisfaction is our first priority. If for any reason you are not happy with our product , you can return the unused bottle, within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Unfortunately we do not refund the shipping charges. Please email us and we will work with you on this issue. For best results please be consistent in using this Oil.

Please contact USPS and update your address. If your package returns back to us due to any inconvenience, we will refund your order.
We ship to all 50 states. We do not ship to PO Boxes, private mailboxes and APO/FPO addresses. We also do not ship to U.S territories.
Hibiscuspetalz does not offer international shipping. We only ship throughout the U.S.
